However, if you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us instantly and we will edit the situation and offer a refund that can be used for future orders of One Click Business Solutions.

Refund Policy

When a fee is paid to oneclickbusinesssolutions.com , the fee paid in advance is taken by One Click Business Solutions in a client account. One Click Business Solutions will earn the fees upon working on a client's matter. During an engagement, One Click Business Solutions earns fee at different rates and times based on the end of a range of milestones (e.g. offering client portal access, assigning relationship manager, getting DIN, Filing of forms and others.) Refund cannot be offered for earned fee since resources and man hours spent on offering the service are non-returnable in nature. Further, we can't refund or credit any money paid to government units, like filing fees or taxes while processing your order. Under any situation, One Click Business Solutions shall be accountable to refund only up to the fee paid by the client.

Process to Request Refund

Refund request can be started through our platform after signing in. To request a refund, please contact in the associated chat room to the applicable manager. All refund requests must be accomplished within a certain time of purchase. Refund request over a certain time will not be permitted and only credit will be offered for end of service / alteration of service. We will complete processing your refund request shortly after getting all the information needed for processing refund like reason for refund, bank details for processing request and others.

Change of Service

If you want to modify the service you ordered for a different one, you must request this change of service within a certain time of purchase. The purchase price of the original service, less any earned fee and money paid to government, such as filing fees or taxes to process your order, will be credited to your One Click Business Solutions account. You can use the balance credit for any other One Click Business Solutions service.

Standard Pricing

One Click Business Solutions includes a standard pricing policy in which no additional service fee is demanded under any circumstance. However, the standard pricing policy is not valid for an increase in the total fee paid by the client to One Click Business Solutions because of increase in government fee or fee incurred by the client for completing legal documentation or re-filing of forms with the government because of resubmission or rejection. One Click Business Solutions is not liable for any other cost incurred by the client associated to the end of the service.

Factors beyond our Control

We cannot guarantee the results or outcome of your specific procedure. For instance, the government may refuse a trademark application for legal grounds beyond the scope of One Click Business Solutions service. In some situations, a government backlog or troubles with the government platforms (for example Ministry of Corporate Affairs website, Income Tax website, FSSAI website) can causes long delays before your procedure is completed. Issues like these are outside our control and are not covered by this assurance or entitled for refund. Therefore, delay occurred in processing of your file by the Government cannot be a reason for refund.

Force Event

One Click Business Solutions shall not be considered in violation of its Satisfaction Guarantee policy or default under any terms of service and shall not be answerable to the client for any termination, interruption or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, hurricane, landslide, typhoon, cyclone, tornado, natural disaster, epidemic, action of a court or public authority, famine or plague, explosion, change in law, terrorism, war, armed conflict, labour strike, boycott, lockout or similar occasion outside our control whether foreseen or unforeseen.

Cancellation Fee

As we're dedicating time and incurring costs, technology resources, manpower and effort to your service or document preparation, our guarantee only includes satisfaction issues caused by One Click Business Solutions - not modifications to your situation or your state of mind. If you need us to hold the processing of a service, we will hold the fee paid on your account until you are ready to start the service.

Before processing any refund, we reserve the right to make the best effort to accomplish the service. If, you are not satisfied with the service, a cancellation fee along with government fee would be applicable. In the case of change of service, the cancellation fee would not be pertinent.
